SMA Charity Fund is committed to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals, ensuring that they can pursue their education without financial barriers. "JOURNEY WITH SMACF" aims to alleviate the burden of educational expenses as well as empower medical students to pursue their dreams and aspirations. The purpose and objective of this fundraising project is to raise funds so as to allow us to fulfil our mission as follows: 1. To continue providing financial support to needy students from our 3 medical schools via the SMA-Medical Students' Assistance Fund. 2. To continue to advocate volunteerism amongst our medical students through sponsorship of meaningful community projects in order to nurture compassionate doctors who cure sometimes, treat often and comfort always. 3. Supporting learning exposure by providing needy medical students equal opportunities to gain international exposure and experience for better health outcomes for the public. 4. Recognising outstanding Mentorship. This sponsored award seeks to recognise outstanding mentors who have made a significant difference to their students' medical journey. 5. To support operational overheads incurred as a result of our charitable works.

All donations will be channelled towards the SMA-Dr Michael Toh Kok Kuan Medical Students Assistance Fund which disburses bursaries to needy medical students.

This book features 100 photographic portraits and stories of women in Singapore from all professions, vocations and types of labour, of different ages and ethnicities, who hold diverse beliefs and have had different resources and support. There is also a bonus feature – the 101st – of a migrant domestic worker, a representative of home help, without whom many women may not be able to contribute to our workforce in the same way! SMACF is delighted to be part of the fundraising beneficiaries for the rest of 2025. For a fully tax-deductible donation of $120 and above, receive a copy of this beautiful and inspiring book as a gift.
